Made in New Zealand, 1919 Summer Pink honors the fundamental principles of our distillery while carrying on the legacy of the original pink gin (gin & bitters). Instead of using sugars and sweeteners, we use strawberries that are grown nearby to make distillation. By doing this, we were able to produce a dry summer gin that preserves the strong gin flavors while having a delicate, elegant berry finish. A real ode to our customs - honoring the current and historical gin fads.
