Produced by Dos Maderas (Williams & Humbert) in Spain, Dos Maderas 5+5 PX is a premium triple-aged rum made from Caribbean distillates (Barbados and Guyana). It is first aged for 5 years in the Caribbean, then matured in Spain in sherry-seasoned casks before a final finish in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry barrels, giving it its signature rich, sweet, and layered profile.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Raisins, figs, dates, caramel, vanilla, and soft oak with PX sherry richness.
Palate: Lush and sweet with flavours of dried fruit, honey, caramel, molasses, and dark chocolate with sherry depth.
Texture: Full-bodied with a smooth, silky, slightly viscous mouthfeel.
Structure: Rich sweetness balanced by oak spice and a long, warming, sherry-driven finish.
